Yes, we offer free shipping! However, the minimum order amount for free shipping varies:

**For Ontario & Quebec:** Orders over $50 qualify.

**For Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, PEI, Northwest Territories & Yukon:** Orders need to be over $75.

**For Nunavut**: We love our customers here too, but unfortunately, free shipping isn't available due to the high cost of shipping. We offer discounted shipping rates to make it more affordable.

Yes! All orders ship daily Monday-Friday from our Canadian warehouse.

All orders ship within 24 hours Monday to Friday. Our goal is to get you your items as quickly and safely as possible. Once your order is received, we’ll take great care when preparing your order to ensure a safe and fast delivery.

Your order will arrive within the delivery estimate provided at checkout which is based on your postal code and selected shipping speed. Please note that the day your order is picked up as well as weekends and holidays do not count towards the delivery date estimate.

Yes. After your order is placed, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation email which contains details pertaining to your order.

Once we’ve processed your order, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing tracking information. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24-48 hours to appear.

The successful delivery of our products is guaranteed. In the unlikely event your parcel is lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement to you free of charge. We are committed to your 100% satisfaction.

If after receiving your order you are at all unsatisfied, please contact us and we’ll work with you to resolve the problem.

If for any reason we are unable to ship out your order within our standard time frame, we will contact you immediately to notify you of any delays and ensure that you get your items as soon as possible.

If you'd like to request a cancellation or change an order that has recently been placed, click "Cancel" or "Edit" in your order confirmation email, the order status page, or the Order History section of your store account page. We will attempt to cancel or change your order if it has not yet already been fulfilled. Orders that are already in the process of being fulfilled cannot be cancelled or changed.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your purchase to us within 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

For hygienic and sanitary reasons, and for the safety of all customers, used or opened items cannot be returned.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label which must be printed and affixed to the box containing your returned items.  

Please allow up to 7 business days for us to receive and process your returned item(s).

Once your return is received, inspected, and returned to inventory, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 1-3 business days.

We offer the refund for the price of the purchased products plus applicable taxes. Shipping charges and taxes on the shipping charges are not refundable.

Rewards Program

Our program is free to join! Simply create an account and you will be enrolled into our rewards program. Make sure that you are signed into your account whenever you make a purchase to ensure you receive your points.

You earn points on every dollar spent. There are three tiers, and as you advance, each tier allows you to earn points faster than the previous. You must be signed into your account to earn points on your purchases.

You can see your point balance by logging into your account and clicking the "My Loyalty Points" button in your account dashboard. The Loyalty Rewards Program dashboard will then appear on your screen.
