I really like the Rocky Mountain Barber Company beard oils. I use them on my beard of course—but have also found rubbing a few drops on my hands and feet in the winter keeps my skin from drying out and chapping in the cold. You don't need much—and I actually think a small amount of the beard oil works better than the expensive hand lotions my wife tries to get me to use.
My favourite two versions are the Cedarwood and the Unscented. Cedarwood has a natural cedar oil scent that is very nice and not overpowering, while Unscented is, as you'd expect, pretty much without any scent. I've tried the other scents—Bamboo, Sandalwood, and Vanilla Oak: those may work for you if you like stronger scents (and they do smell nice), but I find them a little overpowering for my taste and prefer the more subtle cedar scent or the unscented. Regardless, they all work well—and you've got a number of options to find a scent (or no scent) that suits your taste.
