When will my items ship and where will they ship from?

All orders ship within 24 hours Monday to Friday from our Ontario warehouse. Our goal is to get your items as quickly and safely as possible. Once your order is received, we’ll take great care when preparing your order to ensure a safe and fast delivery.

How long will it take for my package to arrive and is tracking provided?

Your order will arrive within the delivery estimate provided at checkout which is based on your postal code and selected shipping speed. Please note that the day your order is picked up as well as weekends and holidays do not count towards the delivery date estimate. Once we’ve processed your order, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing additional details about your order. For parcel orders, your Shipping Confirmation email will contain tracking information. Please note that the tracking information page may take up to 24-48 hours to update. For Shave Club orders, Shave Club envelopes ship using Canada Post Lettermail, which does not issue tracking information. Please note that Shave Club orders can take up to 20 business days to arrive. We appreciate your patience!

Is free shipping available to all provinces?

Yes, we offer free shipping! However, the minimum order amount for free shipping varies:

• **For Ontario & Quebec:** Orders over $50 qualify.
• **For Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, PEI, Northwest Territories & Yukon:** 
• Orders need to be over $75.**For Nunavut**: We love our customers here too, but unfortunately, free shipping isn't available due to the high cost of shipping. We offer discounted shipping rates to make it more affordable.
